Where do your products ship from?
Most of our products ship directly from our trusted international suppliers, allowing us to offer unbeatable prices on the latest trending home items.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on the product and your location. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.
How do I track my order?
Simply click Track Your Order in the main menu, enter your order number and email address, and you'll see the latest tracking updates.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship multiple products separately from different warehouses. Don’t worry - the rest of your order is on its way!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, our fulfillment team begins processing your order to ensure fast delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your item, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receiving it - we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, hassle-free.
Are your products guaranteed?
We stand behind the quality of our products. Some items may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues, get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna - for fast and secure checkout. Please note we do not accept PayPal as they have proven to be an unreliable payment processor in the past.
